I recently stayed at a charming old house called La Houache in Le Pellerin for a weekend getaway. The warm hospitality and impeccable cleanliness impressed me from the moment I arrived. The highlight was my spacious bedroom with a modern bathroom that overlooked the river. Parking was a breeze, and the freshly made waffles at breakfast were absolutely delightful. I would gladly return and recommend this lovely hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming and cozy riverside bed and breakfast. The hosts at La Houache Chambres D'Hotes were extremely accommodating and offered great local recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. The Captain's Room, where we stayed, was spacious with beautiful views of the Loire River and the ferry port. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we even received locally made soap as part of our toiletries. We also appreciated the covered bicycle parking in the gated courtyard. a wonderful experience.

We were blown away by the stunning views of the Loire River and the local ferry port from our spacious "Captain's Room". Loved sitting on the terrace, pretending to be posh and sipping my morning tea. The garden was delightful, felt like Alice in Wonderland. The bed and breakfast had a dishwasher, so I didn't have to lift a finger. How convenient!

Can't say I enjoyed the lack of unicorn sightings.
